  • Consulting Services: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consulting service, you must do so at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are not accepted once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refunds

  • Consulting Services: If you cancel a consulting service within the allowable cancellation period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation.   • Digital Products: Refunds are generally not available for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded. 5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consulting services
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Custom or personalized digital products
